After completing his master’s in plastic engineering, Hiten worked as a sales representative in the automotive industry for years until his entrepreneurial spirit eventually took over. In 2004 he founded MES (Marketing and Engineering Solutions). In 2007 his clients began requesting for him to handle the supply chain logistics of their business. “How hard can it be?” – he thought, and within a year he was building the MES team on a culture of trust and honesty. A dedicated and self-driven entrepreneur, Hiten took MES to be enlisted in Inc’s 5000 fastest-growing companies for seven years in a row and won Fast 50, ACQ5 Global, Diversity Business, Best Place to Work, and Corporate Caring Awards.
A serial entrepreneur, in 2020 Hiten founded MESH Works with one sole purpose: to optimize sourcing & quality processes for small to mid-size manufacturers.
Hiten is a dedicated follower of Warren Buffett, is comfortable going down a dark alley to solve bigger problems, thinks sleep is overrated, and prefers books to people. He loves dogs and regrets discovering that fact so late in life.
He lives by his favorite Robert Frost poem:

Sahil studied Industrial Engineering Technology with a minor in Statistics from Purdue University. After graduation in 2018, Sahil moved to Atlanta and joined IBM where he spent 3 years working & advising Fortune 500 clients on business transformation projects. A year later, he relocated to Chicago where he continued his role at IBM and started MESH in his downtown apartment. Sahil began a 1-year data science certification from the University of Chicago, which he completed in April 2021, and then left his job at IBM to move back to Columbus to focus on building MESH. Sahil was recently selected as an Emerging Young Entrepreneur with NMSDC (National Minority Supplier Development Council).
I have 10+ Years of an experience in programming and in .net technology. I am curious and am constantly learning new things. I like to share and get the knowledge with team members, friends, family members and peoples. I love to do adventure trips with friends.
I have 4+ years of experience in mobile application development especially using the flutter framework. Also, I love to pick the challenging tasks and complete them in the given time. I love to meet new people and always try to learn something from them. I have expertise over dart programming language, flutter packages and flutter framework. I love to watch movies and web series mostly in my leisure. Starting my day with a prayer strengthens my efforts with positivity and makes my work more efficient.
Jaydeep brings over six years of experience as a mobile app developer for the manufacturing industry to MESH. He has developed extensive expertise in developing apps with SQLite, Java, XML, Google Maps API, and GPS location data. Jaydeep is a leader who enjoys implementing new solutions and features as well as maintaining existing applications for iOS and Android.
Mehul is excited to bring over nine years of experience in software engineering to MESH. He prides himself on being a hard worker and is always learning to enhance his knowledge and expand his expertise. Mehul’s funda is “Speak less and work more.” In his spare time, he enjoys exploring new places and traveling.
Jumana was born and raised in Egypt and moved to the United States at age 14 where she has gained new life experiences. Jumana has always been a creative person at heart and is always excited to learn new things so finding her way to UX/UI Design was a matter of time! As the UX/UI Designer for MESH, Jumana applies her creativity and knowledge to create intuitive user-friendly interfaces that are pleasing to the eye.
Alex was born and raised in Indonesia and attended Oklahoma State where he earned a degree in Computer Science. He’s been involved in all aspects of IT ever since. After working as a Business Analyst for MES for over 5 years, Alex’s role expanded with MESH to utilize his hands on experience with the quality engineering team. As the Product Manager for MESH, Alex helps build the QMS platform which allows me to be creative with the solutions.
When Alex is not working, he spends his time showing his Beagle, Leo, the world.
After working in supply chain and logistics for several years John spent 3 years on the MES sourcing team being before asked to join the MESH team to help build the SRM platform. John’s sourcing and procurement experience gives him key insight and a unique perspective to bring to the MESH SRM solution. Managing the company’s fantasy football league has helped him gain a new understanding of a competitive workplace environment!
Carissa brings over 20 years of experience in marketing and communication to MESH. Originally from NE Ohio, she is an avid Cleveland sports fan which shows her unique ability to remain loyal and optimistic when things get tough. Carissa earned a BA in public relations from Otterbein University along with a master’s in public administration. Her favorite thing about marketing and communications is finding unique ways to connect with an audience and increase engagement on digital platforms. In her spare time, you’ll find her spending time with friends and family and volunteering at her local animal shelter.
Bill brings more than twenty years of executive-level technology leadership to MESH Works. Experience includes the direction and leadership of technology departments for various companies, from nonprofits and small/medium businesses to Fortune 500 companies: directing software development and implementation projects, infrastructure, strategic review efforts, and the full life cycle of commercial software products. In his spare time, Bill loves to hike, bike, and spend time with his family.
Heena brings a passion for people to her role at MESH. She loves the challenging and fun environment of working with a global team with different backgrounds, cultures, and religions. She works to not only create and provide resources and training for the team’s success but truly cares about the employee’s and their family’s well-being. Her passion, dedication, and ability to create a people-first organization are evident across the organization and around the world. She loves giving back to the community whenever possible and encourages the team to do the same. Heena is a recent recipient of the Columbus Business HR Impact Award, which recognizes excellence in human resources.
Tim joins MESH with 35 years of experience in the metal casting, oil and gas, and industrial minerals industries. He’s an international business leader with strong competencies in Strategic Planning, New Product Development & Commercialization, Business Development, and Market Share Gain. Tim is a results-oriented, customer-centric consensus builder. He builds internal teams that exemplify transparency, accountability, collaboration, and kindness.
